Returns Policy

We do hope that you are happy with your purchase, however if you would like to return your item(s), you can cancel the contract with Amy Elizabeth Interiors within 14 days of delivery and then return it within another 14 days. The item(s) must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging in re-saleable condition.

Please note as we are a small business, we do not provide free returns, it is your responsibility to return the item to us, unless the item is damaged or faulty. Please ensure you send it back to us using a tracked service as we cannot be held responsible if the return gets lost.

Please list your name, contact information and order number.

Once we have received your returned item(s) and they have been quality checked, we will notify you and process your refund for the returned goods. Please allow up to 7 days for the refund to show in your account. Please note that we are unable to refund the original shipping fee.

Faulty/Damaged Items

We take the utmost care in packaging your orders to ensure that they are not damaged in transit, however if you do receive a damaged item, we politely ask that you email info@amyelizabethinteriors.co.uk with a photo within 24 hours of receiving your order.
