Delivery Info (UK Mainland)

We aim to despatch all orders within 2-3 working days from the day the order is placed.

Orders placed after 12pm will be processed the next working day. In the event that an
order is placed over the weekend or on a bank holiday, it will be processed the following
working day.

All orders will be tracked until they reach the final destination.

Please ensure that the delivery address you entered is correct, since we cannot be
responsible if it has been provided incorrectly.

The courier will attempt delivery a total of 3 times. If your parcel is returned to us in
this case, we will provide a full refund for the item/s which you ordered but cannot
refund the shipping fee

Change/Cancel

If you wish to cancel or modify your order, please email us as soon as possible after
placing your order. After an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be
cancelled or modified.

Next Day Delivery cost £7.95 (Orders must be placed before 12pm to qualify)
All orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.

These delivery rates apply for the following destinations for parcels under 20kg. For large orders or
orders over 20kg please email us for delivery fees.
