pRE-CONSULTATION PREPARATION
Once you’ve booked, I’ll send a welcome pack with a short questionnaire. This gives me insight into your style, priorities, and any problem areas — so I can come prepared with relevant ideas, samples, and resources.
IN-HOME CONSULTATION (UP TO 3 HOURS)
We’ll spend up to three hours in your home focusing on your key spaces. I’ll offer tailored design advice, practical solutions, and expert styling tips you can act on straight away. (Virtual consultations available too.)
DETAILED FOLLOW-UP
You’ll receive a written summary of everything we covered, along with extra recommendations, product suggestions, and a clear plan to help you move forward with confidence.
